Property management software for condominiums in Bulgaria. eVhod is an online system for building managers, cashiers and management boards of condominiums. It brings the house register, monthly fees, payments, expenses and documents of a building together in one place.
The challenge
Managing a condominium in Bulgaria usually means paper reports on the notice board, spreadsheets and chasing neighbours for payments. Many residents do not pay on time simply because they do not know how much they owe, and owners who live in another city or abroad have no way to follow what is happening.
Our solution
We designed and built eVhod — a web platform that brings the house register, fees, payments, expenses and documents of a building together in one place. Every owner sees the finances in real time, the system sends reminders automatically and payments can be made online.
The platform works equally well on phones and desktop computers, supports different roles (manager, cashier, board member, owner) and is hosted on servers in the European Union. A free plan for buildings with up to 20 units makes it easy to start, and professional building managers can run many buildings from one account.
